Accelerate the creation of a territorial defense, - the decree of the President.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to take urgent measures to accelerate the creation of territorial defense.

In particular, signed today by Decree No. 53/2002 “On Urgent Measures to Consolidate Ukrainian Society”, the Cabinet of Ministers is instructed to approve a plan of measures within one day, providing for the acceleration of the creation and functioning of the territorial defense system, adequate resource support for measures to prepare citizens for national resistance
