🇷🇺 The Russian Ministry of Defense presented the situation in Karabakh for January 31:

🔹Around-the-clock monitoring of the situation and control over the observance of the ceasefire regime is carried out at twenty-seven observation posts.

🔹 In a day, 112 refugees returned from

Armenia to Karabakh, a total of 51,851 people returned.

🔹In total, during demining in Karabakh, 859.3 hectares of territory, 245.8 km of roads, 962 housing construction, including 27 socially significant objects were cleared from unexploded ordnance, 23 936 explosive objects were found and neutralized.
