🇷🇺 The Russian Ministry of Defense presented the situation in Karabakh for February 4:

🔹Around-the-clock monitoring of the situation and control over the observance of the ceasefire regime is carried out at twenty-seven observation posts.

🔹 62 refugees returned from Armenia to Karabakh in a day, a total of 52,158 people returned.

🔹In total, in the course of mine clearance in Karabakh, 1,003.3 hectares of territory, 262.8 km of roads, 1043 housing buildings, including 28 socially significant objects were cleared from unexploded ordnance, 23 987 explosive objects were found and neutralized.
