Russia left frustrated after nine hours of failed ‘Normandy Four’ negotiations
Deputy Chief of Staff Dmitry Kozak expressed his annoyance after negotiations between political advisers of the Normandy Four nations ended without any significant process.
Kozak said it wasn’t possible for Russia and Ukraine to reconcile conflicting positions regarding the Minsk II treaty signed to de-escalate tensions in the Donbass.
“Unfortunately, almost nine hours of negotiations ended without any visible, tangible results,” Kozak said alongside Ukrainian representative Andrey Yermak.
